If approaching from Ardee direction, take a left at McCormac Interiors and then continue straight trough the junction onto Mullinary Rd. Continue past Global Tyres and take the first left up to Crann Nua. In the first fork in the road take a left and Physio-Logical is the last house on your right, at a dead end, number 29.

Approaching from Castleblayney/Monaghan via Cloughvalley, you will pass the Shirley Arms Hotel on your right as you drive onto Main St. Proceed down Main St to the end, and take a right hand turn when you see McCormac Interiors at the junction. Take a right turn again onto Mullinary Rd. Continue past Global Tyres and take the first left up to Crann Nua. In the first fork in the road take a left and Physio-Logical is the last house on your right, at a dead end, number 29
